entry

We just got a new console for the entry way. Mostly so we have a place to put all our stuff right when we walk in the door, and the space where its at needed something to fill the space.
While I would love it to look like the second picture, I think I'm going to tone down the color ( a little) and it will look something like the first picture. I have the credit for the pictures somewhere just can't remember...

QUESTION: DO YOU HAVE DESIGN QUESTIONS? ANYTHING YOU WOULD WANT ME TO WRITE ABOUT, OR FIND? ASK ME! I LOVE THIS STUFF

Well I don't have any questions right now, but of course I will come to you when I have them! Unless you can answer this question: How can you make a trailer look like a mansion? lol....

My question is: When I get married can I fly you out to where I live and help me decorate my house? I really love your taste! :)

Ok Mrs. Hermesman....riddle me this-

I don't have a traditional foyer type entry way but I would like to have a "drop spot" for keys, dog leashes, etc. The only problem I have had is that the entry way in my house is angled and prohibitive of a table/cubby type situation so naturally everything gets piled up on the couch. How do I tackle this issue?? Help a sister out!

Christal... I'm sure we can come up with a way... chandeliers? ;]
Mia- of course I will fly out and decorate! I'd LOVE too!
Alycia- thanks, and welcome to my blog :]
And JILL! I have a solution, and I actually have something that I was going to give to goodwill that would be perfect. It has a mirror and four hooks for dog leashes coats etc, and it has a pocket shelf that you could put things like mail or anything... i'll send you a picture and let me know what you think!
